One of these guests was 16 year-old Zakhar Botsman, who came from Nova Kakhovka to participate in the master class.
Zakhar Botsman at the festival «Dari Dobro» took a master class with Nikolai Kuts on cooking steak. This is his favorite dish. In "SushiYa" he took a master class on making rolls, Japanese soups, and meat. This year, he learned how to work with yeast dough and deep-fry. He makes borscht, marinates shashlik, pizza, and salads. pasta and many other interesting things. This all speaks to his love of cooking and his constant development in this area.
Andrey Velichko's chef's workshop prepared a signature jacket for Zakhar «Fish on Fire», an apron, and a hat, just like Andrey Velichko's own, which definitely boosted our young chef's confidence and energy!
