Donors of life
Every day someone vitally needs a donor. One in three people on Earth needs a blood transfusion at least once in their life. Some groups of people cannot manage without donor blood at all, and in special cases a person needs blood products for life. Donor blood is needed by patients with cancer, by surgical and trauma patients, and by people with burns.
Everyone who would like to take part in our ongoing «Donors of life» campaign and give blood or plasma is welcome at the regional blood transfusion station: 2/3 Biskvitnyi Lane, Odesa. At the reception desk, please say that you are giving blood for the children in the care of the «Little Bee» foundation. Your coupons will reach us, and we will pass them on to those who need blood components.

Two coupons from O. V. Koseva and L. Yu. Kyrychenko were given for Viktor Lushenko, born in 1999 (A(II) Rh+). The child is in the city children’s hospital in an extremely serious condition (electric shock).
