Where, during FIVE days of chemotherapy, a ten-year-old child was injected with 13 liters of solutions along with FIVE types of chemotherapy and injected with days 19 (!) syringes with medications.
Where a child, after a high-dose chemotherapy course, writhes in unconscious convulsions because even drugs couldn't help him with the pain!
Where mothers sob at nights somewhere in a quiet corner, helpless to help their child, who fell asleep for a short time under the influence of painkillers that help less and less.
Where, due to a chemical burn, surgeons had to operate on a boy from the neighboring ward and remove burned skin on his arms and his legs, along with his nails.
Perhaps each of the them could be connected to at least one five-day block of high-dose chemotherapy, like a child who is ready for transplantation, whose parents already have documents with a positive decision from the Ministry of Health commission for payment for treatment at a clinic that is willing to help him, but cannot t. the money hasn't been transferred yet, and the baby is forced to undergo «an extra» chemotherapy?!
Who can tell me how many of these «extra» blocks there will be until the money is transferred and a DONOR is found?! One, two, five...? But the search for a DONOR didn't even begin because the parents weren't able to raise 5.000 dollars for his search, because all the money raised was spent on antifungal medications that SHOULD be available in the department, but which are NOT available because the state did NOT PROVIDE them to the pediatric oncohematology department.«

Since 25 May, after another meeting of the Ministry of Health and delays in the response to the guarantee letter, we were on ten pins and needles. We had to involve journalists and appeal for help from regional council deputy — Igor Borisovich Klimenko, and he in turn wrote a request to the people's deputies, who also stayed on the side and began to influence the situation.
30 On May, Svetlana Vishnyakova received a call from the Ministry of Health commission secretary, who told her that a positive decision had been made regarding Zhenya Vishnyakova's case and the child's documents were already in the economic department. In response to the girl's mother's question on 030261 about when the money would be available at the 030262 clinic and on 030263 when the decision report would be ready, the following was answered: 030264 You can come to 030265 for the report on 030266 Monday, 030267 June. He « 6 will be ready by 11:00, and the money for the clinic will be paid in 4-5 days».
Zhenya Vishnyakova's documents were requested by Denis Malinovsky, a relative. The boy is also registered with the Ministry of Health, and he was also promised a protocol decision by Monday. Only on 18:00, after spending the entire day outside the Ministry of Health, was it possible to receive an official response that the state would fully cover the girl's treatment. Denis Malinovsky was issued a letter of guarantee and the protocols of the Ministry of Health's decision only yesterday, 8 June.
Yesterday, Svetlana Vishnyakova tried to call the commission secretary all day to find out what stage the payment was at, but she couldn't get through: they picked up the phone and put it down next to the phone, then, upon hearing someone and about what was the matter, they said Natalya Vasilyevna wasn't there, she was at a meeting, then they asked her to call back in 15 minutes, because she had left. That evening, the secretary called Zhenya's mother herself and confirmed that the girl's documents were in the economics department. On the same question: «When will the money be at the clinic? », it was said: «Within two weeks. And while you are settling your questions, give blood for the donor search».
A How do you take your blood to donor search, if without prepayment of 5000$ no one will even talk to you?! The secretary was also surprised that they didn't want to take the child under the letter of guarantee, even though they had told her about it many times .
