Friends! We already wrote about that we have a new department under our care — the Neurosurgery Department of the Regional Children's Clinical Hospital. Many more concerns and tasks have been added, and we need helpers to implement as many ideas as possible. This is a children's department, so we want to ensure that children, despite On their serious diagnoses, they were always in a good mood, there were smiles on the faces of moms.

So, our ideas and plans:

1. On the other day, with Head of Department Sergei Petrovich, we discussed the idea of a children's drawing competition so that the best children's drawings could be used to decorate the department's walls. A hero of neurosurgery — a little neuron, i.e., a little neuron. This idea was supported by Olga Frantsuzova, head of the creative studio. and came up with the name of the competition — «Little Neuron — is a great helper in the modern world». The competition starts 1 February and will last until 15 February 2016 of the year.

2. We want to implement in the department a project that has been successfully implemented in many oncology departments. and Hematology of Ukraine, in including in our oncohematology department at the Regional Children's Clinical Hospital — «A toy for courage». When children undergo painful procedures, to prevent them from being afraid and from crying, they are given an aquarium with toys. A child after a bandage/injection and they can choose their favorite toy. A small round aquarium and new small toys (soft ones are not suitable) are needed.

3. Children after surgery should be given a gift for courage — educational games, books, toys, and upon discharge from the hospital, present a certificate or card for successful treatment.

4. We all know how difficult it is to work In departments where you see the pain and suffering of children every day. Often, the staff in such departments are enthusiastic, while others simply can't stand it. Therefore, we want to develop a bonus incentive system for the medical staff of two departments (oncohematology and neurosurgery at the Regional Children's Clinical Hospital). Every month, children undergoing treatment in these departments will choose the best nurse. The best medical worker, according to the children, will receive a gift each month from the sponsors of the Charitable Foundation «Little Bee». This can be Gift certificates for a certain amount for cosmetics/clothing/shoes, a romantic dinner at a restaurant/cafe, a trip to a beauty salon/spa, invitations to the theater, a photo shoot, and much, much more.

We invite individuals and  organizations that share our ideas and to collaborate. In the project. You provide services/gifts, we advertise you. We place company logos on the foundation's website «Little Bee» and our social media.
