Urgent!!! Looking for space!

Dear friends! We've been in the office at Novoselskogo Street, 100 since July 2017 of 2018. We rented commercial space because the city didn't have any for our Charitable Foundation "Little Bee" work. For several years, we've been bounced back and forth between the city and the region.

At the end of April, the landlord decided to raise the rent, and we can't and don't want to pay unreasonably high prices for this space. It's strange, too – during the crisis, many businesses, stores, etc. have closed, and then suddenly, prices for commercial real estate started to rise sharply.

Looking for a new office!!! Ground floor, preferably with good transportation links, because Every day, people from various parts of Odessa and the surrounding region come to the office. URGENT!!!

We're booked until 30 June 2021 of the year. We need to either find new premises or go completely remote within six weeks. We need to close a number of projects, including A Handful of Goodness.
