A Handful of Kindness to help the elderly of Odessa. 

21 In March, we delivered another batch of bottle caps, partially unloaded from the "Heart" near the fountain in Kotovsky Village and one at B. Khmelnitsky Street,62 on the territory of Malynovsky District Territorial Center. A total of 180 kg were unloaded. 

This time, the proceeds went to help the beneficiaries of the volunteer group "Help for veterans and the elderly of Odessa" . The following groceries were purchased: buckwheat, chicken, half-liter jars and lids. We made 40 jars of buckwheat porridge with chicken and donated them to the group's volunteers. Thank you to everyone who is participating in the project "A Handful of Kindness". Our project has been running since 25 March 2017 . 

We remind you that lids from food products, such as water, milk, juice, and other drinks we use daily, are suitable for collection.   

IMPORTANT REQUEST: 

-Do not throw trash in the container!   

-Plastic must be clean!   

-The «Heart» design is not designed for collecting other plastic items except lids!   

-Please do not fill this container with plastic bottles, cups, or other items!     

The number of drop-off points for bottle caps for our project is growing. Previously, drop-off points were installed in "Pobedy Park", at the intersection of Zooparkovaya and Marshal Govorov Streets, and near the Fountain in Kotovsky. One drop-off point was taken to Novy Bug in Mykolaiv Oblast.   

Four drop-off points were installed with funds from volunteers in Velikodolynskoye. Thank you to Ivan Bardak, Igor Sergeyev, and all the caring residents of Velikodolynskoye for your help and organization!   

Thanks to a grant received by Pedro El Grande  seven structures were installed at the following addresses: 

* two on 411 the battery, on the submarine side 

* one near the pump room on Ak. Glushko Street,1 south 

* one near the pump room on Shkolny, M. Zhukov Avenue, 14 south 

* two near the fountain in Kotovsky Village. Intersection of Krymsky Boulevard and Ak. Zabolotny Street. 

* one on the premises of "MALINOVSKY DISTRICT SOCIAL SERVICES SHOPPING CENTER", B. Khmelnitsky Street,62   

Seven more — should be installed by the contractor soon.
