Gifts for children

29 January

A large number of bright, varied toys, games, and personal protective equipment masks with the symbol 2022 we donated to the oncohematology department of the Odessa Regional Children's Clinical Hospital!

We thank little Georgiy, who kindly helped us unpack the gifts. For his diligent efforts and help, he was given the first choice of toys. During our conversation, it became clear that his little sister, Ksenia, was waiting for him at home. :)

Then the very shy Darina came to visit us, and Dima came too. Andrianchik couldn't leave the ward due to low blood counts. His mother, Alyona, chose his gifts.

We used small gifts to fill our aquarium for the project "A toy for courage"Children undergoing treatment in the oncohematology department constantly experience fear, pain, and discomfort when undergoing various procedures. To distract them and bring them joy, the department has installed a box where children can choose their favorite toy after the procedure.

The box is constantly replenished and ensures there is no shortage of toys by the department's nurse, Nina Bobrikova.

The project "Toy for Courage" has been in existence since 2011 and anyone can support this project. You can transfer money from the comfort of your home on our website. https://pchelka.ua/action/igrushka-za-smelost
