Charitable Foundation "Little Bee" is recruiting a Project Manager/Event Manager to join our team. 

We are open to considering applications from ambitious and promising final-year students and part-time students.

Requirements:
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in public organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Russian and Ukrainian.
• Experience with business correspondence, document drafting, and editing.
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Experience in event management is also a plus.
• Successful experience in negotiations at various levels, ability to handle complex situations/clients, and objection handling skills.

Responsibilities:
• Attracting new companies, enterprises, and individuals to collaborate on the foundation's programs and projects.
• Finding potential long-term partners and coordinating full-cycle communications with donor organizations.
• Maintaining the donor database.
• Coordinating foundation events: Annual Charity Festival "Dari Dobro"Organizing charity evenings, concerts, etc.
• Developing concepts and preparing project presentations.
• Organizing and coordinating projects, preparing project reports.
• Teamwork and participating in foundation projects.
