I don't know what to write or what to do... I never thought I'd be asking for help, but there's no way out.

I'm — a mother of many children. I gave birth to and am raising five children, and God sent me twins. I gave birth 6 December 2017 to two girls. One is completely healthy, but the second child was born with a heart defect. We need an expensive operation and an implant. This is a huge expense for our large family.

I would like to ask for help from all caring people to save the most precious thing in this life — my child. I would be very grateful for your help! Thank you all in advance!
