After such a long treatment and one remission, Eva became an angel. Unfortunately, the illness proved stronger. Thank you to everyone who helped Eva and supported her parents!

Thank you so much to everyone who helped Eva! We are closing the fundraiser at this stage.
The puncture results came back and they are bad. Eva has a widespread bone marrow infection, so stem cell transplantation will not be performed. It's possible that Eva could be admitted to an experimental treatment program at a European clinic. Doctors at the clinic «San Juan de Deu», where the girl is currently being treated, are trying to find such a clinic.
13.03.2015
Eva has already begun treatment at a clinic in Barcelona. Her blood test results are still very low. The doctor said Eva has received many different chemotherapy treatments and that it will be very difficult to treat her now because the cancer cells have adapted. There are cancer cells in the bone marrow...
Dr. Mora has decided to administer chemotherapy at intervals of 5 days, starting on Monday 16 days. Then Saturday and Sunday are off, and Monday is for a blood test. If the blood tests allow, then another 5 day of chemotherapy.
After that, Dr. Mora will conduct another examination to see how the chemotherapy is working.
The treatment is very difficult; Eva has been through a lot and is now very weak.
09.02.2015
Eva's parents have decided to discontinue treatment in India, as it is not producing the desired results. They are ready to admit the girl for treatment at a children's clinic in Barcelona, Spain. The total cost is 77 788 euro. This includes examination, various tests, MRI, CT scan, radiotherapy, and hospitalization.
13.01.2015
Yesterday, Eva began her second round of chemotherapy. This was very difficult, as the international department refused to hospitalize the girl without full payment of the preliminary bill. With the help of translators, they were able to persuade them. This time.
Her blood counts have improved slightly, but they are still not good enough for chemotherapy. But there is no time to wait. Eva received 3 different chemotherapy regimens at once. In the first 2 minutes, she felt ill. She sweated, turned pale, started crying, then started coughing. By evening, she felt better; she lay quietly and tolerated everything.
After this chemotherapy, there will be a pet scan (another additional expense). If the results show that the metastases have shrunk enough for MIBJ therapy, she will no longer receive chemotherapy.
The girl's parents are asking you to help their daughter. It's fortunate that the clinic has been willing to pay for Eva's treatment on credit, but they could stop doing so at any moment.
10.01.2015
There are 3 days left until chemotherapy, and a lot of money still needs to be raised. The girl's parents are asking for your help. Chemotherapy needs to be started on time, to prevent the disease from getting worse!
"We thank all our supporters who are helping Evochka. We sincerely thank you, kind people!" The Rastopchin family.

Eva was discharged today. When she found out she was leaving, she didn't even cry when the nurse removed the needle from the port. She wanted to leave so badly...
They returned to the same place where they had lived before. In the evening Eva ate some soup. She ran around the room, scolded everyone, and did whatever she wanted.
Eva's family is completely broke... there's no one left to borrow money from. The girl's parents are asking everyone for help, hoping that someone with money can help little Eva.
12.12.2014
The diagnosis confirmed a relapse. Metastases were found in new locations. The doctor suggested MIBJ therapy followed by autotransplantation and haplogroup transplantation. Eva has already been scheduled for chemotherapy for Monday.
The proposed treatment in India will cost 85000 US dollars. We are currently awaiting responses from other clinics.
10.12.2014
During Eva's treatment, the foundation has received 22 301 hryvnia. Aid has been provided in the amount of 40 000 hryvnia. We are now opening a new collection, as Eva is suspected of having a relapse and needs urgent examination at the Indian clinic where she received her primary treatment. Any help is very important to her parents.
We are awaiting the results and hope that our suspicions are unfounded!

We are asking for your help again!
A detailed examination scheduled for 15 January will be conducted this week.
Eva's left eye has started to swell. We decided to have her NSE level tested. It was twice as high. After that, we did an ultrasound of her abdomen and head. There was some kind of inflammation of the kidney in the abdomen. We don't know what it is. A week later, we had her NSE level tested again, and it had doubled again. We are very upset... We ask for your help. We sincerely hope and believe that this is not a relapse. We fly out on Tuesday. We will kindly ask you to arrange the examination on credit. Our little one's health is paramount. Please don't abandon us. Help Eva!
13.10.2014
Eva is finishing her primary treatment in India and will soon be returning home to Odessa. She's taking Sotret, special capsules that will help reprogram her cells back to normal. She'll have a follow-up examination in three months.

After 5 the chemotherapy block, all our blood counts dropped. To top it all off, we got a subclavian infection. We spent a whole week recuperating and killing bacteria. We received blood and platelet transfusions. They inject us with white blood cells twice a day, and today they infused us with clots again. Evochka's overall condition is normal; we're watching «Masha and the Bear» and listening to music. Eva still refuses to eat orally, and won't even drink water, so we have to feed her through a tube using Resource formula Junior by Nestle. Eva really misses her dad, but he's not always allowed to visit us. We're really hoping for the help of everyone who cares and for our full recovery! Thank you!

18 In April, her blood counts improved! We finally had a subclavian catheter inserted, and they also did a stem cell collection! We couldn't get the required amount in one go, so 19 they did a second collection this morning. After the procedure, Eva was very cranky, whiny, and swollen. They gave her a diuretic. We're very late for chemotherapy, already 10 days, which is really bad—the tumor is starting to get worse again (Lord, help my little one!). These 2 days, Dad spent almost all of Evochka's time, and his joy knew no bounds!
20 In the morning of April, we had a festive service. The priest blessed everyone and congratulated everyone on the Bright Day of the Resurrection of Christ! The morning blood test showed low platelet counts again. 40 After talking with the attending physician, we decided to do another blood transfusion, and then immediately start chemotherapy. Now she's on an IV again, and Evochka really wants to run, but it's okay, we'll get some IVs and go for a walk!
22.04.2014
Today 22 April, we finished 6 the chemotherapy block! We were taken off the IV! Eva was running around so much this evening, and I was so happy! We did an echocardiogram this morning. The doctor said the window was open, but it's okay; there's a chance it will close on its own. Today, the baby didn't play with her dad at all. Her blood counts are almost back to normal. Thank you to the donors, thank you for giving our children a piece of their lives.
03.06.2014
26 In May, Eva and her parents flew to India. After a day's flight, they were met at the airport and immediately taken to the clinic. 28 In May, Eva had surgery and had 100% the tumors removed. We're currently in the post-operative period, and stem cell transplantation and chemotherapy are ahead.
30.07.2014
Good afternoon, dear foundation! Thank you so much for the help you've provided our little Evka.
Eva is feeling well. The doctors are happy with the transplant, and her test results are currently normal. The only problem is that she can't swallow. We're being prepared for discharge.
Unfortunately, the foundation "Pomogi.org." can't continue to help us; they have many urgently needed babies on their waiting list, that's what they told us.
You are our only hope now. Please help us, we don't have much left.
Thank you!
