"After completing the chemotherapy treatment, which ended in May, 2016 Danya underwent a follow-up MRI of four areas (brain, cervical, thoracic, and spinal).
All the reports and images were sent to Moscow, to O.G. Zheludkova, for a consultation on further treatment.
After chemotherapy, my Danyusha's vision deteriorated. I took him to the doctor at the Filatov Institute, where he was diagnosed with partial optic nerve atrophy. With zero immunity, he developed frequent colds, one of which developed into pneumonia, and in August 2016 my child and I spent a month in the pulmonology department.
In September 2016 I received a response from O.G. Zheludkova recommending a repeat MRI on a 1,5 Tesla machine.
On 07.09.2016 Danyusha had an MRI at INTO-SANA; at the end of September a reply came in which O. G. Zheludkova firmly and urgently prescribed surgical treatment for Danyusha, specifically in Moscow, at the N. N. Burdenko Research Institute of Neurosurgery (agreed with the neurosurgeon of children's department 2, Yu. V. Kushel). Together with the reply from O. G. Zheludkova came a reply from the head of department A. G. Melikyan, which concluded: repeat surgical treatment is indicated, removal of the residual medulloblastoma of the cerebellum, and a date of hospitalisation was set, 15.11.16.
On 15.11.16 I arrived with Danya in Moscow, at the Federal State Autonomous Institution «N. N. Burdenko Research Institute of Neurosurgery». That same day Danyusha underwent surgery (many thanks to the Gift of Life Foundation). We were discharged 7 days later, one month after the surgery.
12.12.16 Danyusha had another MRI at INTO-SANA and was again sent to Moscow to O.G. Zheludkova for further treatment. In December 2016 the response came, in which Zheludkova prescribed treatment: craniospinal radiation therapy in the SOD 24 Gy, boost to the back of the cranial fossa in the SOD 54,6 Gy. Subsequently, after radiation therapy, which consists of 32 sessions. In 6 weeks, repeat the MRI and then prescribe maintenance chemotherapy.
According to our oncologist, Natalia Vitalievna Molodets, Head of the Oncohematology Department, radiation therapy should be performed in Kirovograd, at the Tomo Center.
Currently, Danyusha is at the Dobrovolskaya Hospital in Kirovograd, located at Preobrazhenskaya Street 35/79 where he is undergoing radiation therapy at the Tomo Center since 10.01.2017.( 32 session).
Danya's radiation therapy isn't easy. His hair has fallen out, his blood counts are dropping, his mucous membranes are swelling, he's started to suffer partial memory loss, and his vision has deteriorated.
After examining him, the ENT and ophthalmologist prescribed additional treatment for Danya—he needs medications for additional restorative treatment and proper nutrition, but unfortunately, I can't afford anything.

"I, Tatyana Nikolaevna Lingurary, live in Odesa with three minor children. My youngest son, Daniil, was born and grew up like all normal children. He was a very smart, intelligent boy, not by developed for his age, active, playful, not despite his young age — very clearly and pronounces words and sentences correctly, and is very sensible. But in April 2012 of the year, a tragedy occurred in our family. My son Danyusha stopped walking and standing on his own. I didn't pay it any mind, thinking it was just a normal thing, like he'd fallen or something got scared. I thought it would soon pass, but a week later, I noticed that my child's condition had worsened. My son even stopped holding my hand and started complaining that his legs hurt. He started vomiting and feeling like he was gagging. The neurologist referred us to the Regional Children's Hospital at Slobodka to see a neurosurgeon, where after an examination CT and MRI of my child and they gave a terrifying diagnosis: a brain tumor in the posterior cranial fossa and occlusive hydrocephalus. My son's tumor was so enormous that after treating us for 2 weeks, no one gave us a chance at neurosurgery. At they refused to perform the operation and referred me and my son to Kyiv. In Kyiv, at the Romodanov Institute 24 in April 2015 my son had surgery to remove the tumor. The operation lasted 5 hours, and I waiting and praying, I did not move away from the operating room doors. After the surgery, my son spent 4 days in the intensive care unit. The doctors said his condition was stable, but serious, and when the tumor histology report came back, we were given another diagnosis — medulloblastoma.
A month later, my son had a second surgery — they implanted an Omayya reservoir into his head for chemotherapy treatment. After receiving treatment for 3 months in Kyiv, I with my son returned to Odessa. As of today, I with my child, I am in the oncohematology department, undergoing chemotherapy. My son needs to undergo chemotherapy rounds according to protocol 12 . I with tears in my eyes and on my knees, with a huge request to all people for help, I beg you, please help my son, so that he can complete all of his treatment to the end. I am a mother of many children. I work as a cleaner for minimum wage and raising my children alone. Besides my salary, I have no other income and since April and I have not had a salary because I am busy with my son's medical treatment. I I beg you, kind people, to have mercy on my child. Please, do not be indifferent to my grief. Without your help, my son will not be cured. Thank you so much, and may God bless you.".
