Good afternoon! My name is Antonina, and I'm Andrey Dolgoteor's mother. We've known the charitable foundation «Little Bee» for a long time. The foundation has helped us many times during difficult times, inviting us to various celebrations and charity concerts, which we happily participated in. This moral support was very encouraging and kept us from giving up.

Unfortunately, we are forced to ask not only for moral support but also for material support.

In February 2014 after another bout of tonsillitis, Andryusha, who at the time was a member of a boxing club and actively involved in sports, developed complications. For a long time, we couldn't figure out what was going on. It got to the point where his legs started to lose the use of his legs, and he couldn't walk.

After numerous examinations, tests, CT scans, and MRIs, we were diagnosed with – cancer, specifically a spinal cord tumor – myxopapillary ependymoma. That same year, Andryusha underwent surgery at a neurosurgery center in Kyiv, and he underwent radiation therapy in Odessa. The surgery caused complications, but we gradually overcame the problems. Everyone helped: relatives, neighbors, colleagues, classmates, and teachers, for which we are incredibly grateful.

It seemed – the worst was behind us, but then came another blow! In 2016 the year after a routine checkup (MRI), a relapse was discovered, this time in the sacral region. Another surgery and a course of radiation therapy.

And now, after 2 years and 6 months, another relapse. To say it was a shock – is an understatement! The tumors proved inoperable due to their very small size. Consequently, Andrey was prescribed a course of radiation and chemotherapy. After the treatment, an MRI was performed, which showed that the tumors were in the same condition as at the beginning of treatment. And it's a cry from the heart. – What should I do?

And, as if by God's will, we had the chance to go to a Turkish clinic for diagnostics and a consultation. «MEDICAL PARK» But, unfortunately, everything is paid for, and the money is considerable. – 3000 The diagnostics alone cost euros, not including everything else.

We ask all caring people to help us not miss this chance for our son, so that all the suffering and worry can finally end, so that we can understand the right treatment plan and forget everything, like a bad dream that has been tormenting us for 5 years!

With great respect, Andryusha's mother, Antonina Dolgotter.
