Thank you to everyone who helped Valeria Budyachenko! 
The Ministry of Health has fully paid for the heart transplant. Since the end of January, we have been trying to obtain confirmation of payment from the girl's mother, but to no avail. On February 2nd, the secretary of the Ministry of Health commission confirmed in a phone call that payment had been made back in December 2016 of this year. To obtain official information, we contacted city and regional council members for assistance. On February 3 a parliamentary inquiry was sent to the Ministry of Health seeking an official response confirming payment for the child's surgical treatment abroad. 
An official response has already been sent to Odessa. The executor of this document at the Department of Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine confirmed by telephone that payment had been made for Valeria Budyachenko's treatment abroad. The invoice amount includes accommodation for 180 days at the clinic. 
Today, 21 February, we are pleased to announce "THE FUNDRAISING FOR Valeria Budyachenko's heart transplant is CLOSED!!!" 
To avoid double payments for one child's treatment, we are donating all funds raised from September 2016 to February 2017 of this year, which is 68 984 UAH, to Pavel Tishkov and Andriy Dodik. They are in a critical situation and urgently need money for expensive treatment and rehabilitation in Ukraine, for whom, unfortunately, assistance from the Ministry of Health will not be forthcoming.
