The professors held a consultation and decided that the metastases could be removed surgically. The surgery was scheduled for 4 October, but since the parents don't have the necessary funds, it was canceled. The surgery costs18 000 dollars. A deposit of 13 000 dollars is needed to the hospital account for it to begin. Ilya's physical condition is excellent. Is he developing like healthy children? He talks, counts, and knows the names of animals and birds. , and the sounds they make. A very caring and affectionate child. "9 We have a meeting with the doctors in October. We will try to insist on the operation with the remaining amount, as the waiting time without treatment is decreasing several times a day. It is possible to sign a commitment with the accounting department for a period of 2-3 weeks to pay off the debt." - the mother writes.

09.09.2012 . Ilyusha began a 5 course of chemotherapy. The next day, the little one's temperature rose, and his worried parents took him to the hospital, where he was admitted for 24 hours, tested, and sent home. But 14 September  Ilya was hospitalized again, on 10 days, because a new virus was discovered. His mother is desperate:"He needs antibiotics three times a day. One night in the hospital costs 1500 dollars. This is an unimaginable amount of money. We are asking all caring people to help us raise funds for our son's treatment. Another round of chemotherapy and tests lie ahead. Please help us complete the treatment. Thank you all!"

Yesterday, Ilya's mother, Alexandra, wrote: "Our protocol was changed because the previous one was ineffective. The current protocol is for us to complete 6 courses, one of which has already been completed. God willing, tomorrow, if the blood results are clear, we'll begin the second. One course of chemotherapy costs 7000 thousand dollars. One course of chemotherapy takes 6 days". Ilya's mother gave us an update on his condition:"On Sunday 5 August, we completed the third course of chemotherapy. Ahead are examinations—a CT scan and three more courses of chemotherapy. Ilya is feeling well, growing, developing, and playing. He's very inquisitive and a quick learner."
